Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Full or part time Corporate Secretary. The successful candidate will be an experienced person to assist with corporate secretarial services, providing assistance with the following; ? Preparation of board packs, distribution of board packs, attending the board meeting to take minutes, preparing of the minutes, circulation of these minutes. ? Company annual returns ? Specialised secretarial projects ? Maintenance and monitoring registers ? The main focus is on minute taking for the various boards. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? Minute taking skills (essential) and also be able to prepare board packs.
