Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. Role overview: To supervise the accounting of the company’s private equity general partner entities, carried interest and co-investment vehicles administered by the Company. Duties and responsibilities: • Reviewing the financial statements of the general partner entities, carried interest and co- investment vehicles to audit standard • Reviewing the quarterly reporting of the general partner entities (to be provided to the Boards of Directors) • Managing the audit process • Preparing and participating in calculations relating to carried interest, management fee waivers and other incentive related arrangements • Liaising with the corporate secretarial and the compliance team over statutory, regulatory and other corporate secretarial matters • Liaising with other parts of the group as necessary. • Developing, updating and implementing related operational procedures • Attending and contributing to team and management meetings • Acting as a signatory for the company The successful candidate will be: • ACCA/ ACA qualified accountant with strong accountancy experience. • Knowledge of UK and US GAAP.
