Job DescriptionOur client is a direct to consumer brand of products seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator. Profile of role: ? The individual will report on a day to day basis to a company?s Financial Controller and will primarily be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller in the preparation of management and statutory accounts at the entity and consolidation level. ? The role will evolve according to the business needs and the competence of the individual. Key responsibilities will include: ? Assist the Financial Controller with the preparation and distribution of the monthly management and annual statutory accounts. ? Control the bookkeeping for a small subsidiary company. ? Input of supplier invoices to the purchase ledger. ? Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger. ? Generate supplier payments. ? Enter details of bank account transactions to the cash book. ? Reconcile bank account statements to the cash book. ? Produce a weekly cash flow forecast. ? Any other duties as directed by the Line Manager. The successful candidate will have: ? Excellent working knowledge of Excel. ? Ability to work well within a team. ? A bookkeeping or introductory accountancy qualification (desirable but not essential). ? Knowledge of Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP, Sage or similar accounting software (desirable but not essential).
