Job DescriptionOur client is a law firm seeking to recruit an Employee Communications Executive to support their Head of Employee Engagement and Communications in the delivery of a global people engagement and experience strategy. Main duties & responsibilities: • Day-to-day management of intranet content. • Manage the organisation and update of existing intranet content with business services teams and practices to ensure its relevance. • Work with stakeholders to generate story leads. • Write copy – ranging from news articles and features to interviews, team profiles and newsletters. • Support the delivery of internal strategic projects through the development of campaign collateral. • Support the delivery of internal communication events such as town halls and webinars. • Support the HR team in developing recruitment content and collateral in support of the overall employer brand. The successful candidate will be someone: • With strong IT skills and preferably some experience of Marketing/PR. • Ability to communicate very well with a range of different people. • Good written communication and editing skills. • Good planning skills. • Accuracy and a good eye for detail.
