Full-Time Debt Manager

Job Description

Our client, a registered property investment company is looking to recruit a Debt Manager, Guernsey. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with deal execution, including management of cross-border deal documentation, supporting the transaction due diligence and closing processes, collecting due diligence materials and coordinating with in house departments and external advisers to facilitate the closing of the transaction, managing external relationships and information flow to and from lawyers and lenders as well as other internal and third parties, monitoring all existing real estate loans to ensure loan covenants' compliance and assisting with and managing internal and external reporting process on all portfolio loans. Candidates must be qualified accountants and have strong understanding of debt financing and restructuring, ideally from a banking environment and have working knowledge of corporate finance, IFRS accounting preferred. Excellent command of written and spoken English and fluency in German would be an advantage.
