Customer Services Team Leader, Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client, one of the most trusted and respected suppliers of pharmacy products to medical professionals is seeking to recruit a Customer Services Team Leader. Overall purpose of the role: To develop the profitability of the business by organising the workload, leading and developing the CS team to deliver the highest possible performance. To work closely with Marketing & Sales to develop customer sales. Key responsibilities will include: ? Ensure the CS team fulfil all tasks and duties as required. ? Maintain accurate records within their customer database. ? To provide a high standard of customer service to their clients by measuring, monitoring and continual improvement. ? Operate the customer service orderline and helpdesk via telephone, fax and email. ? Ensure the CS teams meets order and processing timelines (usually same day). ? Ensure orders complies with UK VAT legislation; GPhC, MHRA and GSBA ethical requirements. ? Ensure orders are processed accurately, which includes: inputting; recording and filing sales (order) information, production of dispatch documentation and customer invoices, labelling of parcels and packaging of goods, maintain supporting administration. ? Keep a tidy and presentable work area. ? To assist management in the general running of the business related to Customer Service. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? Fast paced, multi tasker who can thrive and lead a seasoned workforce.
