Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Corporate Secretary. This role would suit an experienced candidate to assist with Corporate Secretarial services, providing assistance with the following; ? Preparation of board packs, distribution of board packs, attending the board meeting to take minutes, preparing of the minutes, circulation of these minutes. ? Company annual returns. ? Specialised secretarial projects. ? Maintenance and monitoring registers. ? The main focus is on minute taking for the various boards. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience.
