Corporate Administrator Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a leading law firm seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator. Key responsibilities will include: ? Assist with the administration of a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard; ? Assist with the incorporation of companies and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business; ? Undertake Company/Litigation searches and ordering of any documents from the Guernsey registry; ? Assist with the reconciliation of the monthly Guernsey ? Ensure consistent high quality client service levels are adhered to across your portfolio of clients and deal swiftly with any identified issues; ? Assist with the on-going data input and maintenance within the corporate services practice management database; ? Assist with the preparation of Annual Validations / Returns for in-house companies; ? Coordinate and make travel arrangements for the Corporate Services team, manage diaries, prepare itineraries and generally ensuring that the necessary paperwork is to hand in advance of travel and meetings; The successful candidate will have: ? Prior experience in a relevant role together with a strong academic background will be an advantage. ? A relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA at foundation level or higher or working towards one would be an advantage. ? Demonstrate excellent customer services skills, a willingness to learn and progress, as well as excellent academics and a good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software.
