Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank seeking to recruit a Contract Trust Officer. This is a contract role for 12 months. Purpose of role: Maintain and deliver the administration of a portfolio of client cases in accordance with policies and procedures. Key responsibilities: • Manage a mixed portfolio of company and Trust structures. • Review accounts ledgers and prepare the pre-accounts information packs. • Check accounts once complete and distribute. • Ensure investment review process is undertaken in a timely fashion and all issues arising from the review are taken forward. • Prepare Annual Reviews as required. • Clear any points arising from the review process. • Ensure that the centralised progress reports for the Private Client Department are maintained accurately by providing the appropriate information in a timely fashion. • Cash management of client portfolio, including the control and clearance of fees • Ensure the team manager is fully appraised of all pertinent issues relating to portfolio. • Prepare minutes and resolutions as required. • Complete Risk Assessments for all Clients in line with policy. The successful candidate will have: • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant Trust and Company experience. • Hold or studying towards relevant professional qualification (ideal).
