Contract part time Internal Control Officer Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank seeking to recruit a Contract part time Internal Control Officer, this is a part time Fixed Term Contract role until April 2018. 25 hours per week, afternoons only. Purpose of Role: • To assist with the timely and accurate processing of all departmental work relating to Permanent Supervision, Reconciliation of Cash positions and E Banking including the client help desk. • Other control duties are also undertaken that include Agent Banks Monitoring (charges, performance), production of Management Information, Static Data for bank’s Group and any other ad-hoc duties related to the Internal Control team as directed by the Internal Control Supervisor. • For E Banking including the client help desk, the candidate will be expected to set up clients on the E Banking platform, send out associated correspondence and assist internal and external clients via telephone and e-mail with problem solving and activation of the E Banking platform. The successful candidate will have: • Relevant previous experience. • Minimum of GCSE Grade/s C in English and Maths.
