Contract Legal Compliance Administrator, Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank and Trust services company is seeking to recruit a Contract Legal & Compliance Administrator. Role: To support the Legal & Compliance Team in covering the maternity leave of a team member. Key responsibilities will include: ? Job-specific tasks including project work and compliance monitoring tasks. ? Assist with compliance queries from the business. ? Check due diligence for acceptability ? Assist with the review of new business ? Review potential overnight name check hits ? Assist with the preparation of reports and reporting information ? Undertake department housekeeping tasks ? Liaise with other LCD global members regarding compliance tasks ? Liaise with third parties regarding due diligence testing and queries ? Various other regular and ad hoc legal and compliance tasks The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant compliance experience. ? Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office essential.
