Job Description

Our client is an independent specialist investment manager is seeking to recruit a Contract Investment administrator. Duration 6 months. Key responsibilities will include: ? Creating investment proposals for new clients ? Liaising with Operations/back regarding payment requests/ checking overdrafts ? Sending out monthly valuations/ ad hoc valuations for clients ? Processing account opening forms ? Checking trades and their related contract notes before dispatch to client ? Assist quarter end procedure, helping to check valuations for correctness and dispatch ? Printing and reviewing portfolio risk management reports for investment overweights/underweights ? Using Bloomberg to assist portfolio managers with charts, reports etc. ? Stock reconciliation The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. Candidates from Trust and company background are also welcomed.
