Contract Client Relationship Management Support Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Management Support. This is a contract role until February 2017. Job purpose/summary: Act as support for the Relationship Management teams. Key responsibilities will include: • Assist the Relationship Manager’s with the timely execution of client’s transactions (payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, Fixed deposits and corporate actions). • Preparation of Account opening documentation for new bank accounts before submitting to the Compliance department. • Preparation of Account closure documentation. • Setting up new accounts on the bank mainframe system and the relationship management system. • Assist with system testing for system improvements and updates. • Assist with and co-ordinate projects and large scale system tasks that may arise from time to time. • Maintaining good relationships with other departments to ensure good turnaround times and effective communication flows. • Ability to think outside of the box and enthusiasm for change and the unexpected. • Such other duties as may be required.
