Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Contract Clerk, Financial Management (duration: 6 months). Key responsibilities will include: ? Production of invoices for all clients on a timely basis ? Maintenance and updating static data within the Central Time billing system ? Responding to queries in timely manner ? Processing cash receipt invoices against fee debtors on a timely basis in line within agreed company and client authorised procedures ? Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and debtors ? Assistance with calculation/review of monthly revenue accruals in order to meet the requirements and deadlines of Financial Accounting and their month end close schedule ? Scanning of forms and archiving ? Input and participation in project work ? Any other ad hoc duties as required from time to time The successful candidate will have: ? Bookkeeping experience. ? Experienced office / billing administrator with experience in a fee invoicing / debtors control role (financial services experience preference but not essential). ? Accounting / Finance qualification preferable but not essential. ? Excellent IT skills notably Excel to advanced level (essential).
