Job DescriptionOur client is an international bank seeking to recruit a Contract CARC (Client Acceptance Review Committee) Administrator. This is a full time contract role until the end of this year. This position is likely to be extended, so candidates who are available into 2017 would be ideal. Job purpose/summary: To provide efficient and capable administrative support to an in-house bank file review project. Preparation of paperwork, attendance at and minute taking at all CARC meetings. Main duties & responsibilities: ? Arrange CARC meetings and venues ? Prepare agenda, collate and distribute all meeting documentation. ? Attend meetings, take and draft comprehensive minutes. ? Appropriate documentation entry onto bank systems. ? Manage follow up processes and reporting as required. ? Willingness to help in other areas of F2G process, in particular KYC file review preparation. ? Work closely with the project manager, compliance, relationship managers and KYC team. The successful candidate will have: ? Sufficient understanding of company secretarial processes. ? Knowledge of minute taking. ? Experience of minute taking would be desirable. ? IT proficiency.
