Contract Administrator Trust Operations (6 Month Contract)
Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Contract Administrator - Trust Operations (6 Month Contract). Key responsibilities will include: Reporting to the Manager, Fiduciary Operations. To assist with the Guernsey Trust filing and document management services and other general duties of the Trust Operations department including but not limited to:- • Timely and accurate document management and computer inputting, • Maintenance of filing systems including timely removal and archiving of files when necessary, • Ensure all files are kept in numerical order to enable easy access, • Provide assistance in undertaking half yearly share certificate reconciliation, • Take steps in ensuring Business Continuity folder to include call cascade is kept up to date, • Communicate effectively with team members and staff to all levels to fulfil tasks and meet deadlines successfully, • Maintain a courteous, positive and professional manner, • Ensure the consistent provision of a high quality day to day support services to the Guernsey Trust Office, • Manage own time effectively, ensuring time is recorded relating to post profiling and safe custody where this is client specific, • Flexibility in covering or assisting in all Business Service roles. The successful candidate will have: • The ability to approach and complete tasks in a methodical way. • Experience of document management systems, MS Office products and PDF docs desirable (training will be given). • Good communication skills. • Be a team player.
