Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Compliance and Risk Administrator. Job purpose/summary: To assist in ensuring that the business of company continues to provide Compliance, Risk and Governance assistance to clients. Key responsibilities will include: ? New business take on for clients ? CDD checks for clients ? Monitoring regulatory updates and informing clients ? Ensure that clients are assisted with general enquiries regarding documentation requirements ? Maintenance and input of various client databases ? Assisting the Compliance Manager in the preparation of reports to various client committees and Boards ? Performing Client Compliance Monitoring Plans ? Monthly preparation of Client Compliance Monitoring Reports ? Quarterly preparation of Client Compliance Board Reports ? Enhanced Due Diligence Reports for clients ? Enhanced Media Screening for High Value Clients, PEPs etc. ? Visiting client offices ? Performing monthly sanctions monitoring for clients ? Provide monthly sanction reports to clients ? Review of and updating client Compliance Manuals, Policies and Procedures ? Various support by email and phone to all clients ? Ensuring client relationships are maintained The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience.
