Compliance Administrator, Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Compliance Administrator. Key responsibilities will include: ? Client acceptance ? Ensure that staff are assisted with general enquiries regarding documentation requirements ? Maintenance and input of various databases ? Assist managers to ensure timely completion of due diligence procedures ? Filing new client compliance records ? Preparing correspondence requesting client documentation ? Preparing new client files for review by compliance manager ? Procedures and Internal Controls ? Produce disclosure material provided to other financial institutions ? Maintenance of Group databases ? Prepare documentation for archiving of compliance records for closed Trust and Company structures ? Assisting the Compliance Manager in the preparation of reports to various client acceptance committees, compliance committees and Boards ? To ensure that Guernsey and company?s anti money laundering and terrorist financing regulations are complied with to the extent required by the role, especially in respect of the reporting of suspicious activity or transactions, client due diligence and record keeping. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience.
