Job DescriptionOur candidate is one of the largest private markets investment managers in the world seeking to recruit a Company Services Administrator. Role: The successful candidate will be working in a global team of corporate administrators with a focus on Guernsey. Key responsibilities will include: • In charge of a centralised email inbox dealing with a broad range of requests • Coordination, preparation and execution of large volumes of agreements along with other documents of a legal or economic character • Providing knowledge and support to the global offices regarding Guernsey specific legal and regulatory requirements • Working closely with the Company Secretarial team in order to ensure corporate records are accurately maintained, and done so in a timely manner • Administration of key company databases • Electronic and physical filing of documents • Liaising with and assisting external service providers, lawyers and auditors • Dealing with internal and external due diligence requests and queries • Possibility to participate or assist with various projects The successful candidate will have: • At least 1 year of previous experience in fund administration, Trust & Company administration, banking or equivalent. • Reliable, exceptional attention to detail and an ability to work error-free and independently. • Competent in Microsoft Office suite of software • Excellent writing and communication skills in English • Knowledge and understanding of Guernsey Companies Law a plus. • Knowledge and understanding of business entity formation and liquidation a plus.
