Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant Administrator.
Overall purpose of the role:
This is a full time position and will involve an element of client contact, particularly at fund board level as well as with senior members of staff within their client base.
Responsibilities include the preparation of board packs for distribution in advance of board and committee meetings, liaison with Directors, Promoters and Investment Advisors to arrange relevant meetings as well as providing general assistance to the corporate secretarial team on day-to-day matters and office administration.
The successful candidate:
• Must be educated to ‘A’ Level standard, or equivalent.
• Some knowledge of the finance industry is a preference however no previous funds experience is required.
