Company Secretarial Administrator, Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator within their Legal, Risk and Compliance Department. Responsibility for all company secretarial and statutory obligations in relation to a portfolio of client entities comprising a mixture of Trusts, Companies and Funds formed or registered in various jurisdictions. Key responsibilities will include: ? Supporting Department Head in ensuring compliance with legislative changes in various jurisdictions, but predominantly Guernsey, BVI, UK, Isle of Man and Cayman. ? Production and filing of Annual Returns where required by the governing jurisdiction. ? Production of AGMs and EGMs and other routine statutory documents. ? Production and filing of all statutory forms where required by the governing jurisdiction. ? Assisting Client Services, Funds and Payroll with all aspects of company secretarial administration and providing technical support where required. ? Production of more complex minutes in support of transactions being entered into by client entities. ? Identifying potential problems, highlighting issues to team supervisor and recommending ways to address those issues. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? Good understanding of the principles of company law in particular Guernsey, UK, Isle of Man, British Virgin Islands and Cayman.
