Job DescriptionOur client is an independent, award-winning provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services to institutional and private clients is seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator.
Overall purpose of the role:
• Working as part of an expert team the successful candidate will undertake varied company secretarial administrative duties and activities that are required to support the successful delivery of company secretarial services for a client portfolio including, assisting with the planning and arranging of client board meetings, taking of action points, assist with drafting of simple minutes, update of schedules and maintaining up to date administrative and statutory records.
• As the roles develops the candidate will be working towards being able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s portfolio, including risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations.
The successful candidate will be:
• Someone who has commenced on a career in Fund Administration and who is looking to build their skills portfolio.
• They will either already be working towards relevant professional qualifications or looking to commence studying for example; ICSA Dip or STEP, LLB or Paralegal.
