Job DescriptionOur client provides tailored Trust, Fiduciary, Fund and Corporate services is seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Administrator. Key responsibilities will include: • To assist the Co-Sec team in the provision of company secretarial services for a portfolio of companies and similar and related entities ensuring that internal and external governing requirements are adhered to. The successful candidate will have: • A commitment to a career in the Guernsey fund industry. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • The ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook at a basic level. • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. • Either be studying or willing to study for a relevant professional qualification e.g. ICSA • A willingness to learn new skills and as part of a small team, assist with ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Company Secretary. • A proven academic record.
