Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administrator services company seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager (“CRM”) – Funds. This role is at an administrator or senior administrator level. Role: To act as CRM, key point of contact and administrator for an assigned business relationship. Duties and responsibilities: • To act as CRM and key point of contact for an assigned business relationship and to liaise with the Investment Advisors to process any recommendations relating to calls, distributions, investments, divestments and dividends etc., as required and in accordance with company’s procedures; • To facilitate the board meeting and shareholder meeting process of administered / managed entities, including (but not limited to) convening of meetings, preparation of board papers, attendance at meetings representing company as secretary, minute taking / writing, the drafting and execution of documentation, maintenance of registers (e.g. directors, shareholders etc.), board meeting controls, and submission of all associated filings with the registrar or notifications to the regulator in accordance with the company’s procedures and applicable time frames; • Implementation (where appropriate) of the Company’s customer due diligence and customer on boarding procedures; This role would suit someone: • At a mid-level administrator with some Private Equity knowledge (3 to 4 years’ experience). • Experience in production of accounts would be beneficial but this is not an accountant role. • Must be able to take on certain tasks or be able to take complete ownership of administrative duties of certain client entities or client groups. • Somebody who is a self-starter and likes to work independently and somebody.
