The is a full time permanent position in one of the most successful eateries on Guernsey focusing on British modern cuisine, and on locally sourced ingredients, spectacular local seafood and awarded dairy to mention just a few. If you have at least 1 year experience as Demi/ Chef de partie in busy venues that serve great food made from scratch; If you love food and enjoy a young kitchen that cooks local vibrant dishes, we offer you every day growth with one of the most ambitious brigades and companies in the Channel Islands.
