Job DescriptionOur client is a leading direct to consumer brand of products seeking to recruit a Business Systems Technical / AX Support. Purpose of the role: Reporting to their Head of Business Systems, the purpose of this role is to provide technical user support to the Company?s Business Systems ? mainly Elucid and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. This role will include working with other technical staff and users to support and assist them with issues and the development of Business Systems across a range of activities in a developing FMCG environment. Key responsibilities will include: Support internal staff with the in-depth technical knowledge and skills required for the following areas or tasks: ? User/Technical support ? System Security and User Permissions ? Running of analytical SQL Scripts /writing scripts where necessary and trained ? Integration of new developments into business alongside existing software ? Testing newly developed functionality ? Writing documentation/guidelines on procedures ? Training new and existing users on functionality ? Providing solutions to new business practices ? Working with third-parties to continuously improve the Business Systems ? General Systems and maintenance administration ? Any other duties as time to time required by the reporting line. The successful candidate will have: ? Transferable technical knowledge and experience of Business Systems, in a similar role. Desirable criteria: ? Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
