Business Development Executive Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a leading offshore law firm seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive. This is a full time role however part time hours can also be considered. Key responsibilities will include: • Effectively supporting all marketing activity within their relevant area. • Assisting in the facilitation of business development activities within their relevant area. • Drawing on the resources of the central marketing communications team as required to assist in the implementation of the BD & Marketing plan. • Developing excellent working relationships with key partners and stakeholders in their practice area/office. The successful candidate will have: • Strong academic qualifications to degree level (ideally covering business or marketing related subjects) or will hold the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent. • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing concepts. • Able to demonstrate a progressive career with a focus on business development elements and preferably at least three years of experience within a Business Development and Marketing role in legal services. • Project management skills: ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time, budgets and people in order to meet deadlines. • Strong commercial acumen: awareness and appreciation of the importance of return on Marketing investment. • Proficient in the main Microsoft applications.
