Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Business Analyst. Overall purpose of the role: To align company?s bespoke technology to the requirements of its new and existing service lines. Key responsibilities will include: ? Support the Service Level Manager in the costing and prioritisation of activity within agreed budgets. ? Work with end users and the Service Level Manager to analyse and prepare requests for change within the ITIL framework. ? Present requests for change to the Change Advisory Board. ? Support the Head of IT in the creation and deployment of approved requests for change. ? Work with the Service Level Manager to document critical dependencies between configuration items. ? Support the specification and configuration of all software. ? Support the unit and user testing of relevant releases in consultation with the Service Level Manager. ? Accurately update the configuration management database after each release ? Provide second line support for an agreed software portfolio in consultation with the Service Desk. ? Support the Service Level Manager in the development and provision of the internal training program. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? PRINCE II qualification. ? Ongoing professional development courses to support vocational qualifications. ? Highly numerate and analytical. ? Full knowledge of funds administration supported by relevant professional qualifications. ? Analysis developed in areas of idea creation, analysis and recommendation.
