Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an Assistant Trust Administrator.
Overall purpose of the role;
• Supporting the company’s fiduciary teams, the Assistant Trust Administrator will effect banking instructions with supervision, construct basic written communications and liaise and communicate with their team on client instructions.
• The role holder will alert their team mates and management to any problems, be aware and meet utilisation targets, have a basic understanding of the computer systems used by the company, maintain an enthusiasm and a confident mature attitude.
• Develop an organised approach to work flows and time management and will be responsible for supporting their team in day to day fiduciary activity.
The successful candidate will have;
• A minimum 1-year experience in office work/ administration.
