Assistant Director, Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit an Assistant Director. Key responsibilities will include: ? All work undertaken complies with the Fund?s documentation, relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations. ? Monitor and sign-off on processes undertaken in line with the Company's policy and procedures and checklists. ? Ensure all work undertaken by the section complies with the Fund?s documentation and any other relevant regulatory requirements. ? Monitor and control all outgoing communications to ensure correspondence, calculations and presentation of work is of the highest standard at all times. ? Proactive in the training, coaching and development of staff. ? To review and recommend changes to compliance and procedures generally. ? To take responsibility for the team, supervise, monitor and appraise individual staff ? To operate at director level on the boards of the management or GP companies (where and when appropriate). ? Provide cover to other sections in times of need. The successful candidate will have: ? At least 5 years? working within a financial institution (funds environment), preferably within Private Equity. ? Ideally candidates should have one of the following qualifications; ACCA / ICSA / ACA / CIMA or similar.
