Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an Assistant Central Operations Manager.
Overall purpose of the role:
The Central Operations department is a team of 6 who support the whole business in a huge variety of tasks. It’s a busy department and the role really need s someone who can turn their hand to anything, whilst still smiling.
To facilitate a common approach to systems and processes across the company, and to help ensure desired business objectives are met. To assist the Operations Manager in the day to day running and management of the team, and deputise for the Operations Manager in their absence. To assist with an extremely varied day to day business as usual and NAVOne (client database) related processes; associated management information. To support the business by carrying out centralised administration and ad-hoc tasks.
Key aspects of the role are;
• The understanding of business processes
• Production of management information
• Co Sec and Guernsey Registry filings
• Strong IT skills
• Strong admin skills
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Energy and enthusiasm
The successful candidate will be:
• Someone with suitable skills to perform this role. These skills could have been gained in a variety of roles so that background is not as important as the attitude.
