Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an Assistant Administrator/Administrator.
Overall purpose of the role:
• This varied, non-client, facing role will work within a small team and will report directly to the Operations Supervisor. Administration duties will include assisting with monitoring and reviewing of data, reports and processes together with implementing and communicating new procedures.
• On the job training will be given on an on-going basis which will be supported by external courses, as and when required. In addition, full support will be given with regard to professional study if the employee chooses to study for a relevant course.
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous industry exposure (would be an advantage) however on the job training will be provided to the right candidate.
• The candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, have excellent and organisation skills and be able to work independently and to deadlines.
