Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank seeking to recruit an Administrator – Private Lending. Job purpose/summary: Working with the Private Lending Manager to deal with all aspects of credit applications, both new and existing, in a timely, accurate manner within Private Banking Policy and in a way that minimises potential risks to the Bank. Main duties & responsibilities: • Processing both new and renewal credit applications. • Liaising with clients where required • Satisfactory completion of facility documentation and the perfection of security. • Instructing valuers and solicitors for mortgages. • Reviewing Property valuations and Report on titles. • General administration including preparation of documentation for scanning, archiving of documentation, creation of files and filing. • Assisting with credit procedure, development and implementation. The successful candidate will have: • Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role. • Credit writing experience (essential).
