Job DescriptionOur client is a Stockbroking & Investment Management company seeking to recruit an Administrator - Fund Management and Corporate Finance.
Overall purpose of the role:
The incumbent will be, jointly with other team members, responsible for the day to day administrative duties associated with providing investment management services to the Group’s specialist fund range, in accordance with the respective Investment Management Agreements.
In addition, the team and the incumbent will be expected to assist with the Group’s own corporate acquisitions and disposals.
The successful candidate will have:
• A background in Company Secretarial and/or Fund management or administration, or regulation in a fund environment.
• Have or be working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. ICSA/ACCA/CISI).
• Have experience of developing procedures and controls.
