Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit an Administrator, Corporate Services. Key responsibilities will include: ? Collaborate with the team to manage client?s portfolio, offering advice from their internal processes ? Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by the manager or clients ? Become an expert in technical matters relating to trust/funds and share knowledge with the team ? Assist with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments and any other administration duties required ? Ensure client records are clearly updated with all correspondence ? Be responsible and approachable when given tasks by team members The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? Ideally studying towards professional qualification i.e. ICSA/ STEP.
