Job Description

Our client is a private bank and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit to provide Administration Support. This is a temporary role for 9 months. Role: Based with the Business Support and Risk Management team, the candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, sending invitations, taking minutes, scanning required documents, recording project progress and other similar tasks. The successful candidate will have: • Good attention to detail, with a basic understanding of project management. • Understanding of Excel, Outlook and Word is essential. • Knowledge of Private Banking and account opening would be an advantage but is not essential. • Candidates must be based in Guernsey and have a local housing licence.
